Sometimes, before processing and understanding, before reflection and expression, comes the need for immersion into the stillness, the spaces in between the formations of your being. I recall hearing Rumi’s written words echoing in my consciousness… “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase “each other” doesn’t make any sense.” In the middle ground, the true essence of who you are is breathing, beating in rhythm with the symphony of this Universe. It takes merely allowing the silence and this truth to come flowing up, in remembrance. And the words to share what you’ve found come in their time. We are all messengers, unique in our creation to express the insights that echo inside, which we are meant to share as we go along this ride of the journey of life.
